Hello everyone!
I hope you all are doing great! I've been very busy these days. I just returned from a wonderful month at Myrtle Beach, working at the Alabama Theatre and now I'm on to another adventure. That's why I'm writing today.... I am asking a favor of you all.
I feel very fortunate and blessed to have written and recorded, "Angels In Waiting". As I'm sure you know, it was written for my two brothers who passed away.
Through my travels I have heard many personal stories of how this song has touched your life. (I've received over 25,000 emails alone) Out of respect for your privacy, I have never shared your stories with anyone. I feel honored that you've chosen to shared them with me.
So now on to the favor that I ask... For those of you who feel comfortable, I would love to hear your story of "Angels In Waiting". Has it helped you through a difficult time? Has it inspired you? Was it a song that was played when your loved one passed? Does it remind you of a lost friend? Any story at all... no matter how long or short...
As a songwriter, I believe that music is a medicine for our hearts. I know that this song has helped me, and still continues to do so.
Also, when you share your story this time by emailing the website, you will be granting permission to me, to share your story with others. It could be print, web, radio, or any other type of outlet. (if you want to change the names in your story, we can do that) When you do share your story, please include... "by sending you this email I grant permission for you to use this in any media fashion".
Also, please include your name and address and email address on the email. If your email is chosen to use for this project, you will receive a personal gift from me.
(sorry, can't tell you the details of the project at this time)
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued support.
Take Care, and God Bless!
Sincerely,
Tammy

I got a myspace bulletin today about emailing you about how "ANGELS IN WAITING" touched their lives that is why I'm writing you.
By sending you this email I grant permission for you to use this in any media fashion.
I can imagine how hard it was for you to write the song to put words your emotions down onto paper.
Unfortunately I wasin't there when Dad passed my siblings were he died couple days of finding out he had Crohn's disease-leukemia and emphsema.
I am not saying this next thing because it means more than anyone else who is writing or for acknowledgment its not important but Tammy we are cousins you Dad Delmar and my Dad Bernard were brothers.
I remember Dad telling me back in 1995 that you were and up and coming Country star and spoke of pride. So when the song came on the radio years later I knew it was one I had to listen to. I sat in my car cried so much didnt think I could finish listening but I knew by the end of the song hearing all the words. The words "I'll let them live through me" I knew I had to do that the rest of my life to honor him Dad would want to be proud of me. He was a great man who in his life had alot of pain from back issues but never let it get him down at all. It was hard not being there with him but maybe God needed another Angel and maybe to watch over me. You made a difference to so many through your pain and person story to maybe help heal others but your gifted words of inner strength and love for Alan and Shawn.
This song has brought so much meaning to so many people and I thank you for helping me heal with "Angels in Waiting". God bless you.

The song Angels in Waiting was played at my cousins funeral when she passed away at the young age of 16 from Cystic Fibrosis. It is still really hard to listen to the song because it reminds me so much of her. She was my best friend and is missed very dearly. She also has a twin brother, Bob, and a younger brother, Logan. Bob is now 19 and Logan is 16. They also both have Cystic Fibrosis. Susan affected so many people's lives and she inspired so many with the fight she put up. I am currently going to school to become a nurse so I can someday help Cystic Fibrosis patients and maybe someday even help with research dedicated to finding a cure to this awful disease. I just wanted to share my story and to let you know how much this song relates to my life. Thank you so much for helping me and my family see a positive light in our situation and to know that she is our Angel.

Thank you Tammy L. Price
